Before you start
To collaborate with others in Ark:
Invite your Co-Founders, Employees, or Advisors to Ark
Make sure everyone is working inside the same project and folder
Once set up, collaboration works seamlessly across chats and documents.
Collaboration modes
Ark supports two primary collaboration experiences:
Collaborate in Chats – for real-time discussions, brainstorming, planning, and asking AI Agents questions together
Collaborate on Documents – for co-editing written content such as plans, contracts, and drafts, with full version history
