Access & Permissions
Ark lets you invite your employees and advisors to collaborate with you on chats and documents. To give you full control over your information and data, Ark provides a robust access and permission management system. For each user, you can define which Folders and Projects they have access to.
To invite and manage users, click Manage Users in the left sidebar.
If the sidebar is closed, click the three-line icon in the top-left corner to open it.

On the “Invite People to Ark” page, click the Permissions button next to the user whose access you want to manage.

After clicking the Permissions button, a modal (pop-up) will appear displaying all the folders in your account. Click the right-pointing arrow next to a folder to view its list of projects.

Clicking the checkbox next to a project or folder name will add or remove the user’s access. A filled checkbox indicates the user has access, while an empty one means they do not.
