Everyone has their own style and tone, and you can ask Ark to match yours. By using the “Tell Ark About Yourself” feature, you can guide Ark to communicate with you in the way that feels most natural to you.

Click the gear (Settings) icon on the left side of the screen to access your Settings page.

Then, enter your style and tone preferences in the “Tell Ark About Yourself” text input.

We recommend starting with one of the following templates:

• Please answer in a {{describe your style and tone}}.

• I prefer the answers I receive to be {{describe the style and tone of the messages you’d like the agents to reply with}}.
