Teach Ark

Teach Ark lets you choose which information is saved as lasting company knowledge. It becomes part of your Company Profile and is used across future conversations, allowing AI Partners and team members to work with shared, company-specific context instead of re-explaining it each time.

How to use Teach Ark

  1. While in any chat, hover over a message This can be:

    • Something you wrote

    • A response from an AI Partner

    • A message from another teammate on the platform

  2. When you hover, a “Teach Ark” button will appear near the bottom-left of the input area.

  3. Click Teach Ark The selected information is saved as part of your Company Profile and can be used by Ark in future conversations.

Managing taught information

  • All information saved via Teach Ark is stored in your Company Profile

  • You can edit or remove any taught content at any time from the Company Profile

  • Only content you explicitly choose to teach is saved
