Analyze your Term Sheet with Ark

Receiving a Term Sheet is an exciting milestone — but it often brings confusion and hidden challenges, from understanding the fine print to identifying red flags. Let’s explore how Ark can help you navigate it with confidence.

When you’re on the homepage, click Startup Journey in the sidebar. If the sidebar is closed, click the three-line icon in the top-left corner to open it.

Then, click the magnifying glass icon. A list of topics will appear.

You can scroll through the list or type SAFE Financing - Term Sheet in the search bar.

Selecting SAFE Financing - Term Sheet will take you to the relevant folder in the journey—click Start now to continue.

An untouched topic will be labeled ‘Start Now’. Once the topic is in progress, it will be labeled ‘Continue’, and after at least one document has been created, it will be labeled ‘Review’.

Then, create a new project by clicking the plus button. If you already have one, simply select it. Each project has its own dedicated context — meaning the AI will only reference information discussed within that specific project, avoiding any “context pollution.” For example, you can explore different strategies without overlap.

After creating a project, click the + icon to attach a document for analysis. Once selected, the file will appear next to the + button.

When you upload it, the AI Agent automatically analyzes the document and starts the conversation. You can add a prompt with specific questions or simply submit the document to receive an analysis.
