Analyze your Term Sheet with Ark

Receiving a Term Sheet is an exciting milestone — but it often brings confusion and hidden challenges, from understanding the fine print to identifying red flags. Let’s explore how Ark can help you navigate it with confidence.

In the Ark platform homepage, click on First Funding Round, and then on the sub-folder SAFE Financing - Term Sheet

Then, create a new project by clicking the plus button. If you already have one, simply select it. Each project has its own dedicated context — meaning the AI will only reference information discussed within that specific project, avoiding any “context pollution.” For example, you can explore different strategies without overlap.

After a project is created, click on the Analyze Document. The dedicated AI Agent, will be able to receive the Term Sheet you received and start a discussion with you on it.

After that, you will be able to click on the + icon, to upload your Term Sheet:

After you chose your file, you are suppose to see it next to the plus button:

At this point you can either write a prompt, for example - if you have any specific questions. Or just click on the submit Icon to send the document to Ark and receive and analysis on the document.
