Your Company Profile

Each company on Ark has its own Company Profile, think of it as a file room where everything Ark knows about your company is stored. We also refer to it as The Ark Context. The Company Profile is how Ark’s AI Partners learn about you and tailor their answers and generated documents to fit your company’s unique context. Ark provides you with full transparency and control over your Company Profile.

To view and manage your Company Profile, click the Company page in the left sidebar.

If the sidebar is closed, click the three-line icon in the top-left corner to open it.

On the Company Profile page, you’ll see cards, each card represents a Data Point, which is a piece of information Ark knows about you and your company.

By clicking on a card, a modal (pop-up) opens, allowing you to edit its text. To delete the card (or “Data Point”), click the trash icon.
