Your Company Profile

Each company on Ark has its own Company Profile — think of it as a file room where everything Ark knows about your company is stored. We also refer to it as The Ark Context.

The Company Profile is how Ark’s AI Partners learn about you and tailor their answers and generated documents to fit your company’s unique context.

Ark provides you with full transparency and control over your Company Profile.

To view and manage your Company Profile, go to the Settings page by clicking on your name or email address on the left side of the screen.

Once you’re on the Settings page, click on “View Your Company Profile.”

On the Company Profile page, you’ll see cards — each card represents a Data Point, which is a piece of information Ark knows about you and your company.

By clicking on a card, a modal (pop-up) will open, allowing you to edit its text. You can also click the X icon to delete the card (or “Data Point”).
