Collaborate on Documents

Ark’s multi-agent and human collaboration model allows you and your team to work seamlessly with Ark’s AI Agents on any document. It supports real-time collaboration on documents and contracts of all types — without the usual access or context limitations of traditional AI platforms.

To collaborate in a document, first invite your Co-Founders, Employees, or Advisors to Ark. Then, make sure you’re all inside the same project within the same folder.

Once you’re in the same project, locate the document you want to work on directly in the chat, or click Ark Documents to access it.

After you and your team member open the document, you can collaborate in real time by editing the content together, or use the chat to ask the AI Agent questions or request edits to specific sections. Note that while the AI Agent is processing a question or editing the document, all collaborators must wait until the action is completed.

Don’t worry — the AI Agents know who’s who and can easily distinguish between each participant’s messages. Ark also provides robust version management and control, allowing you to always revert any changes made by humans or AI Agents.
